The Mobile Connect Server Initiated API enables a Mobile Connect service to be initiated even when the user is not interacting with a Service Provider. Depending on the circumstances, the operator MAY or MAY NOT need to contact the user for consent. This API attempts eliminate bottlenecks by supporting a fully asynchronous communication, thus allowing Service Providers to consume any Mobile Connect service between a pair of servers. |
